About Luxor: The Wrath of Set

The first two Luxor games have been adapted for the PSP as the game known as Luxor: The Wrath of Set. In this puzzle game, the player takes control of a winged scarab at the bottom of the screen. It is possible to direct it toward a line of spheres of varying hues that are moving in the direction of a pyramid. The player will automatically lose a life whenever a sphere collides with the pyramid. The stream of spheres can be stopped by shooting spheres at the stream to form groups of spheres of the same color, which will cause the groups to pop. When playing at a more advanced level, the game will demand you to plan and create a chain sequence of strategic shots. The gameplay is quite similar to that of Zuma Deluxe, except that the launcher (a scarab) in this game cannot be rotated. It has 123 levels, each based on one of 20 stages. The lightning bolts and explosive fireballs you can create with power-ups have additional effects.
