In Logan’s Shadow, the second incarnation of the long-running Syphon Filter series available for the PSP, Gabe Logan finds himself in the fight of his life as he confronts the prospect that his long-time friend and ally, Lian Xing, could be a double agent. Logan’s Shadow follows Gabe Logan as he battles to save his life. This third-person stealth video game uses every trick in the book, with Logan’s mission being made more accessible by the availability of various tools, weapons, and strategies. For instance, using objects such as boxes and walls to duck and cover or even other people to create a shield against incoming bullets can help conserve time and health when you are in the heart of the action. Players must click the appropriate buttons at the correct times to complete the game’s new interactive moments, such as unlocking doors or pushing heavy items out of the way. To defeat the foe and find the solution to the riddle that threatens to split the earth, you must descend below the water’s surface and explore the ocean’s depths. There are five different multiplayer game types, two brand new to the franchise (Sabotage and Retrieval) and three returning (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Rogue Agent).
