SOCOM – U.S. Navy SEALs – Fireteam Bravo

The SOCOM experience has been transformed into a fully complete portable game with the release of SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs – Fireteam Bravo for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). The game is a third-person tactical shooter. Fireteam Bravo features a single-player story that runs concurrently with SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, an “instant action” option for quick play, and a multiplayer mode that supports up to sixteen players in Ad Hoc and Infrastructure configurations. Each of these modes offers a unique gaming experience. When a Fireteam Bravo and a SOCOM 3 console are connected through a USB cable, a feature known as “crosstalk” allows the player’s progression in one game to be mirrored in the other. If you destroy a weapons cache in a Fireteam Bravo operation, for example, it may make it more difficult for foes in the matching SOCOM 3 mission to employ high-end firearms. Finally, this game is the first to support the headset peripheral for the PSP, making it possible for players to communicate with their colleagues while participating in online multiplayer action.
