Violate No Atelier Gramnad No Renkinjutsushi 2 is the 5th version of the Atelier series and also the last version of the classic Atelier game. With the story taking place 20 years after the events of the Atelier Judie version: The Alchemist of Granada, about the protagonist Violet só in a small village in the Kingdom of Kaneland. She got an idea for her business by opening a shop in town. Her parents will be working away for three years and Violet’s mission and prove that she can run her store. In this version, there are two modes: “first-time mode” and “veteran mode” for new players and experienced players to choose. Besides, two newly added modes, “infinite mode” and “inherited mode”, can be unlocked by exchanging bonuses. Violet’s store acts as a place to buy support items or run it like playing a minigame of sales. The player directly controls Violet or hires one of her friends as a salesperson, who can interact with guests and these actions directly affect their choices.
