This is a compilation of five games of the same Gradius series published by Konami. In all games, players will be able to control a ship named Viper Vic. It also offers the first “weapon bar” to fans. When you collect items left by enemies to escape or be destroyed, these items will be put into the weapon bar. Move the cursor along this bar to choose the most suitable or favorite combat weapon. Instead of shooting vertical warfare, Konami has introduced a way of shooting horizontal guns into versions of the game. There are different levels of challenges given to you. Each challenge is a land with many different enemies. Before starting to play, you can choose the game mode or place of resistance. Not only that you also choose fighters with different upgrade lines of bullets. Firearms are upgraded when you eat the floating icons that enemies drop on the screen. The more you take, the stronger you will be and the more help you’ll get. You will need to play the challenges one after the other, in order to complete the challenge before moving on to the next one. If you fail, you will need to play from the beginning. In addition, when you are hit by bullets or are hit by an enemy aircraft, you will lose a life.
