The action role-playing game Lord of Arcana transports the player (controlling a character that can be customized) to the land of Horodyn, where he must earn the Arcana power to progress through the game. To do magical acts, you need to use cards. There are the standard spells and the more powerful Ultimate Magics, which can call upon the Arcana Guardians to do some genuinely great deeds. The Guild also serves as a location where numerous players can meet together to participate in cooperative questing using the ad hoc mode of the PSP. The available quests are those the host player can engage in throughout normal gameplay.
