Obscure The Aftermath

It’s been two years since the incident at Leafmore High that you saw in ObsCure and the nightmare survivors have moved on to Fallcreek University. They assumed everything was fine when they killed Herbert Friedman, the leader of the biological experiment with the black blossoms, but it wasn’t. The flower’s seeds had already spread, expanding and flowing without much notice. When the flowers were discovered to contain a toxic ingredient that creates bizarre but vivid dreams, they quickly became the campus’s new hit drug. The seeds germinate, and the lousy trip becomes a terrifying nightmare. The only people who truly understand what is happening are those who are experiencing it for the second time and hiding awful secrets within themselves… For You control two of the six possible characters most of the game. Each has a unique skill that can be used to open closed doors or reach new heights. Kenny, for example, has more muscles than the brain and can thus navigate around boxes. On the other hand, Mei is a hacker who knows how to break into access panels. You can swap between the two characters at any time, and if you need another character in a particular situation, you can return to the gathering place and change your squad. But their wits alone will not save them, so they seek out a variety of weaponry, ranging from melee weapons like baseball bats to handguns and other powerful weapons. You can also pick up chairs and tables and throw them at your opponents. You also get a syringe early on in the game, which you use to take samples from the dead creature-bodies. Once the needle is complete, you can temporarily improve your powers. As a multiplayer bonus, the game includes Drop in/Drop Out-coop, which lets you play alone while someone else takes over the second controller and plays with you. The camera is a combination of following the player and being in a fixed place in a room, but you can also adjust it to a certain extent to limit the number of blind spots.
